APC has recently introduced a new strategy for its software offerings. APC will no longer proactively upgrade its software for the management platforms and versions listed in the chart below. However, customers have software options to consider for these management platforms.

If you are currently using APC's PowerNet Manager or PowerChute Integration for a management platform with a version listed below, you will continue to receive technical support from APC.
