a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays. Customers can upgrade any
service program to include 7x24 telephone technical support. If a system needs
to run 24 hours per day, APC's 7 x 24 upgrade can help meet this requirement.
7 x 24 Telephone Technical Support is available in EMEA only for APC's Symmetra
and Silcon.
