PowerChute® Inventory Manager
Web-based inventory management and reporting tool for network administrators allowing them to maximize the availability of the network by maintaining the health and efficiency of its APC UPS system.

PowerChute Inventory Manager is an invaluable software tool for any APC customer with a large number of APC UPSs or customers with UPSs spread across a wide geographic area. Simply enter the IP addresses of all SNMP-enabled APC UPSs, schedule the software to gather information from the UPSs, then select any one of the eleven pre-defined reports. (see below for a complete list of reports)

Inventory and Battery Status Reporting
Detailed reports that allow the network administrator to maximize availability of the network by maintaining the health and efficiency of the APC UPSs. Facilitates proactive management of APC UPSs by gathering, sorting and presenting UPS information on demand

Inventory Reports
UPS Model Breaks down your UPS system by model type (Matrix-UPS, for example) and allows you to generate a graph of that breakdown. Double-clicking on any UPS model listing (or graph segment) gets a detailed listing of all UPS systems of that model type
Location Breaks down your UPS system by location (Accounting, for example) and allows you to generate a graph of that breakdown. Double-clicking on any listed location (or graph segment) gets a detailed listing of the UPS systems at that location
IP Address Lists all UPS systems by IP Address, and identifies the DNS Name, Firmware Rev, and UPS Model for each UPS
Detailed IP Address Lists all UPS systems by IP Address, and identifies the DNS Name, Firmware Rev, UPS Model, Contact, Serial #, Location, and UPS Name for each UPS
UPS Age** Breaks down your UPS system by their age (UPS system between 1 and 2 years old, for example) and allows you to generate a graph of that breakdown. Double-clicking on any age range (or graph segment) gets a detailed listing of all UPS systems in that UPS age range
Battery Age*** Breaks down your UPS system by their battery's age (Batteries between 1 and 2 years old, for example) and allows you to generate a graph of that breakdown. Double-clicking on any age range (or graph segment) gets a detailed listing of all UPS systems in that battery age range
Unavailable Devices Lists each UPS that did not respond to the last data store update, and identifies the DNS Name, Firmware Rev, UPS Model, Contact, Serial #, Location, Last Update, IP Address, and UPS Name for each UPS
** The UPS age is determined by subtracting the Manufacture Date from the current date
*** The battery age is determined by subtracting the Battery Last Replaced Date from the current date. The Battery Last Replaced Date is a user-defined value that cannot be verified as accurate.
Battery Status Reports
Self-Test Results Breaks down your UPS systems by self-test results and allows you to generate a graph of that breakdown. Double-clicking on any result (or graph segment) gets a detailed listing of the UPS systems that had that self-test result
Replace Bad-Battery Indicator Status Lists all UPS systems that have a bad battery, and identifies the IP Address, DNS Name, Firmware Rev, UPS Model, Contact, Serial #, Location, % Load, Self-Test Date, Self-Test Result, Battery Last Replaced Date, and Manufacture Date for each UPS
Load Breaks down your UPS systems by the percentage of full load capacity (10 to 20%, for example) and allows you to generate a graph of that breakdown. Double-clicking on a listed load value (or graph segment) gets a detailed listing of the UPS systems that have that load value
Runtime Remaining Lists all UPS systems by Runtime Remaining, and identifies the IP Address, DNS Name, Firmware Rev, UPS Model, Contact, Serial #, Location, % Load, and UPS Name for each UPS
